Friday, January 15th: Asynchronous Activities

 Good Morning,

Please complete the following work and then enjoy your long weekend. I will see you back in class on Tuesday. If you can participate on Monday for a Day of Service for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. that would be great!

1. Reading: Please read side one of the Martin Luther King worksheet. You do not need to do the other side of the worksheet with the quiz on it.

2. Religion: I Have A Dream worksheet: Color , cut out, and paste the cloud on to a piece of light blue or dark blue construction paper. Then on the back write your name and a Dream you have for yourself, family, and the world.  I have a dream to eat candy everyday for the rest of my life. That is not an example of what I am looking for !Think about it seriously. It is not meant to be a joke. Write it in pencil and then go over in dark marker carefully. Make sure to check your spelling.

3. Math: Complete the practice worksheets on Multiplication. Then spend some time on Prodigy and IXL. Be sure to go over your math facts as well. Time for both programs should be at least 20 minutes for both.

4. Writing: finish working on the "Adventures of your Snowman!"

5. Art: Go to Kids for Art Hub. Pick either a cartoon penguin or polar bear to draw. This new character may be added to the Adventures of a Snowman the sequel. Do it on a nice piece of white paper and color it.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

See you next week!

Mr. G
